Chat Assistant (Session IDs and Conversation Data)
Our website offers an optional AI chat assistant powered by UniWeave. The assistant loads only after you give consent through the on-site chat privacy notice; if you decline, no chat script, session ID, or conversation data is created.
- Session ID: when you enable chat, a randomly generated session identifier is stored in your browser so the assistant can maintain the context of your conversation. It is not linked to your identity unless you choose to share personal details in the chat.
- Conversation data: the messages you send, along with the session ID and basic technical metadata, are transmitted to and processed on AIONOS-controlled servers to generate responses, maintain conversation context, and improve the quality and safety of the service.
- Sensitive information: please do not share passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information in chat.
- Withdrawing consent: you can turn the assistant off at any time using the "Chat privacy" control shown next to the chat button. Turning it off stops the assistant from loading and clears the session ID and chat data stored in your browser.
- Deletion requests: to request deletion of conversation records held on our servers, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent.
Updates to This Notice
Aionos may update this privacy statement periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
